Preparation time is currently 4 weeks + shipping (approximately 1 week for North America, 4 to 5 days for EU countries).

If your Board has not been shipped yet, place a new order through the website for the pouch only and add a note to your pouch order indicating your Board order number. If your Board has already been shipped, contact us on order@oreedesign.com

In case the the delivered product was damaged during transportation, please prepare and send the following items to order@oreedesign.com within 2 days of delivery in order to smoothly process the claim.

• Pictures of the outside box to show it was damaged.
• Pictures of the product where it is visibly damaged.
• Proof of delivery

The Orée Board connects to your PC, tablet or smartphone through Bluetooth pairing. Detailed instructions and videos will be added here.

The Orée Board offers function/multimedia keys but we cannot guarantee that all keys will be functional on your computer or tablet because of very different implementations across manufacturers and models.

All Orée Boards work with Mac/iPad and Windows devices. However, access to some special characters (like @, $....) is done through different keys if you use your Board with a Mac/ Ipad or with a Windows device. This is why we created two different layouts and recommend you select the one for the device you will most often use with your Orée Board.

 For the time being, we only have one version of the Orée Board which does not include a separate number keypad and does not support wired (USB) cabling. We do not propose other objects for now but stay tuned...

We now ship to any country worldwide. Allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery from the moment you receive your shipment notification by email. Shipping cost is €25 for a single board for standard delivery. When you add a Board to your cart, your cart and the subsequent Paypal page will show price excluding shipping cost. Only after Paypal has pre-approved your payment will you be able to select shipping options & costs which will be added to your total transaction cost.
